Chantea Goetz: Warrior Goddess- The Woods- By James Goetz New Jersey

Young Chantea Goetz, dressed in a protective brown leather covering, boots on her feet, a sabertooth tiger skin blanket for warmth, and a knapsack filled with sandwiches made by her mom, nervously strolled out into the woods. She was to go out into the wilderness for as long as it took for her to learn and understand whatever it was that she was to learn and understand.

Shortly after she embarked on this journey, she was joined by the woodland creatures. Chantea found butterflies galore, bunny rabbits, deer, fox and a beautiful white snowy owl, all found an interest in being around her. She found a comfort in this company as she explored what may typically be considered, spooky woods.

The snowy owl appeared to be guiding the young Chantea Goetz. At first, she has no idea where she was going. Chantea was lead over logs, through rivers and eventually ending up at a large, stone building. It had columns holding up the roof. From ground up and back, this building was ornately decorated. The owl lead her in. The other animals and insects of the woods waited out front.

As Chantea peered into the dark building, she located a torch. Magically, this torch and all the others on the wall lit up, lighting a long corridor. At the end of this corridor were to large statues. One statue was of Zeus while the other his wife Hera.

The light from the torches flickered and blew in a wind not caused by weather. An initial fear was removed as the snowy owl sat atop Chantea's shoulder. The statues of Zeus and Hera came to life!

The statues smiled. Zeus exclaimed, "Our daughters"!!! Hera said, "Come give mommy a hug"!

Little Chantea Goetz was thoroughly confused. "Mmm...mmm...my name is Chantea Goetz. My parents are the notary knights Goetz clan", she said. "No my child, your mother and I sent you to be with the courageous and honorable Goetz clan to protect you from an inevitable war with the Titans at your home on Mount Olympus. The Goetz clan was to have protected you, trained you to protect yourself, and treat you as their own. Have they done that"? Zeus asked. "Yes they have", commented Chantea.

Zeus and Hera explained to their daughter that just because she is here on earth, does not take her out of the reach of the Titans. She must keep a diligent eye for danger and be wary of situations that lead to uncomfortable feelings. Hera told Chantea that they have also sent a very important member of the family to help guide her on her quest and to bring her home when the time is right. Zeus and Hera told Chantea they loved her very much and will be watching.

Bewildered about the most recent events and unsure what to think about it, Chantea walked out of this great building, owl on her shoulder, into the woods of Jersey to rejoin her woodland friends. Onward she would go. "If my parents are a god and goddess, does that make me a goddess too"? she wondered.
